GranTurismo is the highest production category for competition racing and rallying.
Inspired by the Recaro Rallye II, GTS Classics re-engineered and redesigned this seat. Recaro designed this seat model to offer a bucket seat with maximum side support that has the ability to flip forward for easier access to the rear seats without the necessity of using a tilting bracket. As OEM in the Scirocco Cup Cars from 1976 and in the Opel Manta and Ascona 400.
The GranTurismoSport offers high lateral support, high knee support and duralastic belts in the bottom and in the back for additional comfort on longer events and drives. This classic design and the optional unique headrest set the GranTurismoSport apart from all other classic seats and is an original and exclusive GTS Classics design. Singer vehicle design offers a similar seat in their exclusive cars but all electric, while we kept it classic and manual.
