At GTS Classics we provide custom classic seats for classic cars . Whether you need a quality seat for a classic car restoration, custom car seats for a luxurious upgrade, or a high performance seat to meet the demands of racing or off road motor sports, or simply a modification to enjoy your car again, GTS classics has the perfect seat for you or we will custom build it according to your specifications.

Our custom car seats are all handmade in the United States by using the finest leathers, leatherettes, corduroy in conjunction with the finest craftsmanship. The seats are made of a lightweight, protected steel tube frame. In addition to the fire resistant foam, the introduction of duralastic belts to the frames of the seats ensures a comfortable yet firm driving experience. Many custom additions are what separates GTS Classic car seats from the other imitations. We offer lumbar support, seat heaters on all seats which will ensure comfort on long drives. You can choose the thickness of the foam to make your seats look more comfortable or more radical. Also, all our new steel tube frame seats now have the openings for the waist belts in the frame, and at your request we will install the opening surroundings for you. We are also proud to announce the new 'Trips' device which guides your shoulder harness properly and safely. These options are only available at GTS Classics and to our seats, because our goal is to supply a car enthusiast with top of the line custom car seats so don't be fooled by imitations.

GTS classic car seat designs fit cars of the 1950's through the early 1980's. The wide selection of classic seats offered fits most domestic and import sport cars and sport sedans of that period. Owner and founder, Stefan Schleissing, has been in the automotive industry for over fourty years. Born in Germany and raised on the family dealership( Volkswagen, Audi and Porsche), his passion and knowledge for the automotive industry is unparallel.

· Avus Seats

For the classic motor sport - the taller drivers' choice. The Avus seat is named after the famous Avus racetrack in Berlin, which used to be the fastest in Europe since the late 1920's to the mid 80's. Designed by GTS Classics, this new classic sport seat comes with a higher back, higher side support, lowered seating position and option for 5 and 6 point-harness installations. It is the perfect choice for the taller driver as it is designed to fit their needs best. The Avus resembles the rallye seats of the BMW's, Porsches, Datsuns and Fords of the late 1960's and early 70's. Similar to the Nurburgring seats, the Avus is the perfect choice for more side support for sport, race, and rallies. With a sturdy steel tube frame galvanized and powder coated, duralastic belts and fire resistant padding, it meets the latest requirements for 5-6 point harnesses. The Avus seat is nonadjustable in itself, so please install to fit for tilt and height. The Avus has the look of the Nurburgring and the comfort and dimensions like the Rallye to accommodate the tall drivers who enjoy classic rallies and vintage racing. · Monte Carlo Seats

The Monte Carlo is the perfect classic car seat choice for the 2+2 Sport coupe, sport sedan, and SUV. It is in the style of the Recaro and Scheel sport seats of the late 60's and 70's. This seat is reclinable and adjustable and gives firm support with comfort. It is the perfect choice between sport and comfort and gives your classic car the touring appearance with less of the race look, even though it is often used by the classic rallye drivers. The back of this classic car seat tilts forward for easy access to the front of your car. It is also available in different colors upon request. The Monte Carlo custom seat also comes with matching headrests.
   

 
   

· Nurburgring Seats

Nurburgring seat (that's Nurburgring, like the race track) This is the classic sport bucket seat used in many sports cars and sports sedans in the 60's and early 70's. This style was also the racer's and rallye driver's choice as the Nurburgring gives you the best support and comfort for long endurance races and rallies. A perfect handmade custom sport seat for your 2 seater, 2+2, off-roader, or as a passenger seat to our vintage racing seat the Rallye ST or the Sebring sport racing seat. The Nurburgring classic sport bucket seat is nonadjustable in itself. Only when mounted into the car can it be adjusted in height, tilt and seating position. A tilting bracket is available as an option as well as the 5-6-point-harness-option. Available in custom colors and custom pattern to match your classic car and interior upon request.
   

 
   

· Rallye Seats

For the classic motor sport - the serious drivers' choice. GTS classics designed this classic sport seat with a higher back, higher side support, and openings for 5 and 6 point-harness options. It resembles the rallye seats of the BMW's, Porsches, Datsuns and Fords of the late 60's and early 70's.Similar to the Recaro and Scheel seats, the Rallye is the perfect choice for more serious side support for sport, race, and rallye motor sport. With a steel tube frame galvanized and coated, duralastic belts and fire resistant padding, it meets the requirements for 5-6 point harnesses. The Rallye seat is nonadjustable in itself, so please install to fit for tilt and height. The seating position is lowered to get you as low as possible in the car to fit even the tallest drivers and has been redesigned to fit between most rails for an even lower seating position. The Rallye is also fairly wide to accommodate all drivers who enjoy the classic seat and vintage racing.
   

 
   

· Sports S Seats

The classic seat of the late 60's and early 70's was the Recaro Ideal .Featured in the Porsches and BMW and later on in various German sport coupes, this seat has made history. GTS classics is proud to present our version of that seat. We went as far as reproducing the shape of the foam and have made molds for it to ensure that each seat has the exact shape and form. Like the original, the seat tilts forward, but for better access to the rear we also offer the tilting brackets to lift the complete seat. Available in all the classic sport seat configurations of that period. We can also help you get your custom Sport S seat in the color and the configuration you want. Also available with this seat, are adjustable headrests. This seat is handmade with the highest quality and craftsmanship. Only available at your exclusive GTS classics dealers worldwide.

   
 
   

· ST Seats

This is the classic bucket seat for Porsches , which was featured in the R models and many sport configurations offered in the 60's and early 70's. Different to most other models GTS classic offers, this seat is made in fiberglass and has the comfort of our Duralastic seats. The ST has the look of the original seats but we have tried to improve it to meet today's' needs. Available in all our configurations. We can also help you to get your custom ST seat in the color and the configuration of your choice.

   
 
   

· Sebring Seats

For the classic motor sport - the drivers' choice. GTS classics designed this classic sport seat with a higher back, high side support, and option for 5 and 6 point-harness installations. Similar to the Scheel seats, the Sebring it is the perfect choice for more serious side support for sport, race, and rallyes. The Sebring seat is nonadjustable in itself, so please install to fit for tilt and height. The seating position is lowered to get you as low as possible in the car to fit even the taller drivers. · LeMans Seats

The LeMans is a classic, handmade, custom seat with a firm support. Like all our classic car seats, it comes in 4 standard configuation, leatherette with basket weave or corduroy, and in leather with corduroy or a perforated leather center. The configurations were used in the Recaro sport seat and the Porsche seat and the classic choice for the classic seats. The LeMans is currently our lightest seat and is used as a vintage race seat as a bolt in replacement and upgrade for the Porsche 914. Some customers have had the seat installed in the Porsche 904 replica, TR6, and Mini Coopers.

   
 
   

· RSR Seats

This classic bucket seat was featured in the Carrera RS and RSR’s and was designated to provide some adjustment to the otherwise snug racing seats. Original covering was made of a Nylon / Perlon flame retardent fabric, at that time a very new safety feature. Today made in Germany with all the original features, dimensions and mountings is GTS classics is proud to have this custom seat available for the classic RS and RSR applications. Available in the Nylon-Perlon or in the Leatherette/Corduroy application.

   
 
   

· TransAm Seats

The famous race series that started in the 60’s with all the favorite cars like Mustang, Cougar, Corvette, Camaro, Porsche, Challenger, Datsun, Charger, AMC, Triumph and Jaguar, just to name a few. Many of these cars had special-made racing seats made in fiberglass or alloy to give the drivers better grip and support.

We have created a new seat that resembles the racing seat of those days, with high lateral support, high side to the front, seat belt openings as required by today’s sport rules and duralastic belts for comfort on longer events and drives.

It comes in the classic design, but we can make it in any configuration of your choice to fit the interior and purpose of your car and make.

   
 
   

· Daytona Seats

Daytona has always been legendary for its races and track. We created the Daytona seat for roadsters, hot rods and Cobras as a perfect balance of old style with the best side support anyone could ever ask for. The fiberglass shell is reinforced at the stress points, with a removable seat cushion for drivers who take their cars to the track and want a direct feel of the car.

The Daytona offers the driver a secure hold and the support that is lacking in old seats. This is the perfect seat for all roadsters from the 30’s to the 70’s with your choice of classic applications to match your car. · Hot Rod Seats

For today's custom Hot Rods we offer our Zeppelin seats.

Zeppelins were custom built in the 20's and 30's to the most comfortable standards and the ultimate in saving weight for their transcontinental "flights".

As many Hot Rod builders are using bomber seats, which look very cool but lack any comfort, we have created these seats to offer custom built comfortable, lightweight seats. Minimal in structure, these seats do not lack any of the comfort our other seats offer, but still look period correct.

The Zeppelin line seats come in all applications to fit your car and custom built, with duralastic belts for the extra comfort you might lack and the choice of headrests you never had.

· Coppa Seats

In Italian, coppa means competition, racing, and rallies. We created the Coppa seat to closely resemble the seat that Zagato created in the late 1950's which has since been chosen for all outstanding Zagato creations in Alfa Romeo's, Aston Martin's and Lancia's.

It is the perfect seat for classic Italian and British sports cars from the 1950's to the early 70's as well as for roadsters and hot rods as an old style seat with the side support one always wished for.

   
 
   

· Hockenheim Seats

The Hockenheim is the famous race track in the heart of Germany that has seen many victories for BMW and other German classic sports cars and sedans since the late 1940's.

We named our seat Hockenheim in memory of all BMW successes. The cars were often equipped with Scheel seats and we created the Hockenheim to resemble the Scheel 300 featured in the BMW's and the 914's of that time.

The Hockenheim offers high lateral support, high knee support, a new lap belt opening as required by today's sport rules and duralastic belts for additional comfort on longer events and drives.

   
 
   

· ClubSport Seats

A true Recaro design for the younger Porsches , developed for club racing and sports cars of the late 80's to the late 90's. The Clubsport has an integrated headrest with openings for all belts of 5 or 6 point harnesses featured in the Porsche Speedster, Kundensport cars and in the RS America.

The Lollipop seats have the double shell layout, which give the seat the strength and rigidly needed for racing with a very low weight of 11.6lbs .This was overcome with new materials, reinforcement design features and lamination process to create the Clubsport with a very rigid single shell. With our slight changes and a lowered seating position, the Clubsport seat fits more drivers and accommodates taller drivers and is even lighter.

We offer additional adjustable lumbar support. Seat padding is custom as to accommodate the snug fit for you. Available in the original configuration with Nomex fabric for the seat covers and a shiny gel coat for the back. Also available in any custom choice, plaid, leather or houndstooth as well as custom painted backs to match your car exterior color.

   
 
   

· GrandSport Seats

The newly designed GTS classics "Grand Sport" ,is the perfect classic car seat choice for the 2 seater and 2+2 Sport coupe of the American muscle car era. It is in the style of the Camaro, Corvette and Mustang seats of the 60's and early 70's. This seat is reclinable and adjustable and gives better support with comfort than the stock seats. It is the perfect choice between sport and comfort and gives your classic car the touring appearance with less of the race look, even though it is often used by the classic rallye drivers. The back of this classic car seat flips forward for easy access to the rear of your car. It is also available in different colors on request. The Grand Sport seat features a steel tube frame for more safety, rigidity and lightness . Integrated headrest, option for 5 point belts, lumbar support or seat heaters are also available options. We revised the newest version and the head rest portion is tilted forward to prevent more backlash as in the straight upright version. Please provide us with a picture of your OEM seats , so we can reproduce the pattern.

   
 
   

· Monza Seats

The historic racetrack that was one of the fastest tracks in the world and Porsche went there with 911 R models to establish some endurance records. We named the seat after the track to honor the men and cars that were so successful there. This classic bucket seat was featured in the very early racing and rallye cars. The Monza was one of the first fiberglass seats with more side support but was not available with headrests. Porsche featured this seat in the famous R Cars. The Monza has an easier entry than the R seat, but taller side support for the ST seat, so it is a great combination of both. We now offer the new GTS classics version of this seat with the option for 5-point openings and the attachment for the Trips device as well as headrest supports incorporated into the design. Available in 2 versions, as in the original layout ,completely covered in leatherette or leather or in the design of the R or ST seats with the glossy black back and leatherette or leather only extended to the bolsters. Option of duralastic belts for additional comfort is available. We offer the original style covering in leatherette with corduroy or basket weave, but can provide any custom choice of materials , adjustable lumbar support, and German grommets either in brass or nickel. Custom choices of foam thickness for a racy look and appearance or a more comfortable style are available GTSclassics is proud to have these custom seats now available for the classic R applications. Available in the leather, leatherette and corduroy application and also in raw fiberglass finish for the "authentic" vintage look.

   
 
   

· R Seats

This classic bucket seat was featured in the very early racing and rallye cars and as an option in the Porsche sales and parts cataloq. The factory and the customer used this R seat as the first supportive driver and co-pilot seat in the race and rallye cars. The early versions didn't had headrests. We now offer the new GTS classics version of this seat with the 5-point openings option and the attachment for the Trips device as well as headrest supports incorporated into the design.

Custom option to build the R seat a with duralastic belts for additional suspension comfort is available.

We offer the original style covering in leatherette with corduroy or basket weave, but can provide any custom choice and materials as well as adjustable lumbar support, please chose your foam thickness for the racy look and appearance or a more comfortable style

GTSclassics is proud to have these custom seats now available for the classic R, RS and RSR applications. Available in the Leather, Leatherette and Corduroy application. We also offer these seats in the raw fiberglass finish for the "authentic" vintage look.

   
 
   

· Rennsport Seats

This classic bucket seat, like this one, was featured in the Carrera RS and RSR's to offer more side support. Original covering was made of a Nylon / Perlon flame retardant fabric, at that time a very new safety feature. We now offer the new GTS classics version of this seat, that is a bit taller, has more side support, our duralastic belts, the option for 5-point openings and the attachment for the Trips device. Incorporated is more rigidity and redesigned hinges to make the seat more durable for everyday use and long trips. We offer the original style covering in Nylon/Perlon but can provide any custom choice and materials as well as adjustable lumbar support GTSclassics is proud to have these custom seats available for the classic RS , RSR or IROC applications. Available in the Nylon-Perlon, Nomex or in the Leather, Leatherette and Corduroy application.

   
 
   

· Watkins Glen Seats

A true new design from GTS classics. A seat developed for the racing and customer sports cars for the 914 to give you more side support, a lightweight seat in the design of the 70's.That fits many mid engined cars as well as many British cars from the era. The Watkins Glen is one of the most famous racetrack and the Porsche 914 has scored several victories here, that how we honor the track and its name. The Watkins Glen has an integrated headrest and is a full fiberglass shell, it is quite rigid as the OEM seats. It is close to the race seat designs of the 70's from Recaro and Kamei, with and upholstery close to the ST style and a bare glossy gel coat back. Please choose the thickness of the foam for a more racy or comfortable appearance and feel. The Watkins glen is not super tight fit, so please tell us so we can make it to your specifications, with side openings and a for the submarine belt for the 5 point harness option. To adapt for today's needs, we can add an attachment option for the Trips device, to allow for proper guidance for all seat belts of your harness. This is in cases for the Porsche 914 not needed.

We all realize that Motorsport is dangerous and every day traffic can be as dangerous. Modifying and tuning any vehicle with other than the factory approved parts can endanger your safety. No expressed or implied warranty is made as to products´s suitability for any use or ability to protect the user from any injury or death. The user assumes that risk. GTS and/or manufacturer shall not be liable to purchaser or to any third party for any damages arising out of the purchase. installation, recommendation or use of any product or combination of products. It is the user´s or purchaser´s responsibility to determine any specification that may be needed in the use of one of these products.

Return Policy
It is always the intent of GTSclasics that an order we ship gets to you in good order, fits, and can be installed by you, all the least difficulty. However, we are human and occasionally make a mistake, you are human , and freight carriers are human and occasionally damage something. In these instances, the following policies apply.

Inspection
It is your responsibility to check each shipment at time of arrival for accuracy and damage. Any discrepancy should be reported to us immediately, with a picture so we can open a claim if the shipper is responsible.

  1. 1.) If we have shipped the wrong or missing item, we will, at our expense, ship you the proper item and arrange to have the wrong one picked up. We do ask that you

    2.) repackage the item in a manner that will allow it to be received in a salable
    condition.
    If you have ordered the wrong item, we will determine if the item is a
    standard item or custom order.

Standard items can be returned for convenience of the customer but are subject to a 20% restocking charge on the item with no allowance for freight and must have been received within the last 30 days. You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us for customer convenience refunds. No exchanges or refunds will be granted after 30 days.

Special custom order items in frame,color,fabric or combination may not be returned.We will help to resell the items for you at the best possible price.

Freight Policy
Freight charges are always the responsibility of the customer. With FedEx shipments, the charges are included in the shipping charge. All orders require a street address to ship to. To residential delivery carries an additional fee of around $10.00 depending on FedEx and there specific charges.
